The Activated B-complex very obviously helps my vision issues that I've had with light and shadow since a bad car accident. It has felt that I am being slapped in the face over and over when driving and going from light to shadow or from shadow to light. This lowers that significantly. I also have double MTHFR and can't use all the Bs in their common form - this is appropriate for me with my genetic issue.
