Shipping & Returns
We ship by UPS/USPS SurePost ground.
For retail customers free shipping will be applied once the order total has reached $40.00.
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
The default shipping method is ground shipping. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to Second Day, Third Day, or Next Day Service if so desired. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.
*Please be aware that UPS does not guarantee against delays for any reason, regardless of shipping method (ground, surepost, overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air).
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
- Orders are shipped to the United States only.
- Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.
- Orders containing liquids and shipping to zip codes with freezing temperatures may be held for shipment until a Monday so as to allow the product to maintain constant movement, unless customer chooses to pay air freight charges. This is to lower the risk of liquid products freezing during shipment.
- You will be charged the total invoice amount at time of checkout.
