The Activated B-complex very obviously helps my vision issues that I've had with light and shadow since a bad car accident. It has felt that I am being slapped in the face over and over when driving and going from light to shadow or from shadow to light. This lowers that significantly. I also have double MTHFR and can't use all the Bs in their common form - this is appropriate for me with my genetic issue.

Daily's Activated B-Complex: Two capsules provide active forms of: Thiamine 20 mg, Riboflavin 20 mg, Niacin 120 mg (niacinamide 80 mg niacin 40 mg), B6 20 mg, B12 40 mcg, Methylfolate 400 mcg, Pantesin® Pantethine 20 mg, Biotin 300 mcg, PABA 40 mg, Choline 20 mg & Inositol 40 mg.
