I didn't like the taste of this product at first, but it grows on you, and I love it now. Mainly, it works very well!
Psylli-Yum is both a heart healthy product and promotes intestinal health and regularity. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 3g of soluble fiber per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. One heaping teaspoon (6g) provides: Vitamin C 450mg, Calcium 144mg, Psyllium 4.4g, Bentonite 120mg & Aloe Concentrate (200:1) 60mg (equivalent to 12g of fresh gel from Aloe barbadensis).
