Daily's Psylli-Yum™ is both a heart healthy product and promotes intestinal health and regularity. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 3 g of soluble fiber per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. One heaping teaspoon (6 g) provides: Vitamin C 450 mg, Calcium 144 mg, Psyllium 4.4 g, Bentonite 120 mg & Aloe Concentrate (200:1) 60 mg (equivalent to 12 g of fresh gel from Aloe barbadensis).
