With the digital age in full swing, Daily Manufacturing has maintained its long-standing commitment to customer service, as well as producing excellent products that meet or exceed the expectations and needs of our customers. Part of our commitment to customer service is finding ways to make the customer experience better in any way that we can. To this end, we have gone through some major changes over the last year, including upgrading our sales software and phone system. Now we are also going live with the long awaited new website.
With this new website, retail and wholesale customers will be able to place their orders online at any time without having to call in to place their orders. As time goes, on we will be adding more and more information to the new site that our customers will hopefully find useful, including links to videos and articles about industry trends and health related topics.
To help facilitate ease of use for the customer online you may also notice some other minor changes and enhancements within the website to make your user experience better. This includes the ability to select and choose expedited shipping methods at checkout at the time of purchase.
